Time Trials
- Join us for our weekly time trials every Wednesday at 17h30. This week’s menu features delicious Spaghetti Bolognese at only R55 per plate. Come for the run, stay for the food! Please support the cash bar.
Ultra Marathon Achievements
- A huge congratulations to all the 50km and 10km runners who took part in the Ultra Marathon this past weekend. Your dedication and perseverance are truly inspiring. Special note to the 50km runners: Please bring your medals and wear your tops for a photo session at 18h30.
Weekend Runs
- Although there is no league race this weekend, we encourage you to support the 2025 V-Slots Family Run that will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 06h30 at the Cillié High School in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. Distances available include 10km and 5km. It’s a great opportunity to stay active and enjoy a community event. Due to this race not being a league, you will need to enter and pay for this yourself.
- Two Views Helpers Run Mark your calendars for the Two Views Helpers Run next Wednesday at 17h30 , starting from the Italian Club. Let’s show our support and enthusiasm for this event
Running Attire
- A gentle reminder to all members about our strict uniform policy: Only red or black tops are allowed under your running vest during league races, and predominantly black running tights or shorts are required. Let’s maintain our uniformity and team spirit.
